When the IRS levies your bank account, the bank freezes funds present at the time of the levy. After 21 days, the frozen amount transfers to the IRS. Deposits after the levy aren't affected unless a new levy is issued.
Within the 21-day window, you can assert Florida exemptions for protected funds: Social Security, disability, certain exempt wages. If I can get a resolution in place before the deadline, the levy can be released.
A bank levy is a same-day emergency. Call me immediately.
